It now being some 40 days since our annual meeting, I am puzzled as to why the minutes for our San Antonio Meeting, and especially a detailing of our new Steering Committee Officers  have not been posted on our Web site, nor put out to general membership by email?   Are we languishing?  Why?  Why no news of our major victory in convincing the State Party Chair to create an SDEC statewide campaign/finance committee after four years of advocating same? Are our new officers engaged in our work?  Stan Merriman
